Warning: As this equipment is a high-voltage device, please carefully read the precautions and warning signs in the operating manual during operation.
1、 Close the spray gun fuse
2、 Turn off the power switch of the device or turn off the engine, and use the reflux valve to release the pressure inside the device (the reflux valve rotates counterclockwise)
3、 Open the spray gun safety, turn on the spray gun, release the pressure inside the high-pressure pipe, remove the nozzle, and soak it in a bucket with clean solvent or water;
4、 Lift the suction pump away from the paint bucket, open the equipment, and allow the material inside the equipment to flow out from the reflux pipe;
5、 Prepare a bucket filled with clean water or solvent. Do not use industrial alcohol to clean the equipment, as industrial alcohol can cause the seals inside the equipment to gel
6、 Place the suction pump into the bucket and circulate clean water or solvent in the equipment for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the power switch
7、 To save the remaining paint in the paint pipe, align the nozzle with the paint bucket wall and pull the trigger. Tighten the reflux valve clockwise, paying attention to the splashing of paint. When solvent or water appears in the paint, close the nozzle and place it into the bucket
8、 Pull the trigger to circulate clean solvent or water in the device for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the power switch
9、 Lift the suction tube out of the metal bucket containing clean water or solvent, set the reflux valve to the reflux position, turn on the power switch, and allow the solvent in the equipment to be discharged from the reflux tube
10、 Prepare some clean solvents or water and circulate them in the equipment under low pressure until they are clean;
11、 Remove the suction pump from the bucket containing solvent or clean water and clean the filter screen of the suction pump;
12、 Check if the filter screen on the equipment and nozzle is clogged and damaged, and clean or replace it if necessary
13、 Clean the nozzle thoroughly and remove it from the bucket containing solvent or clean water, then store it in a dry place。
